Join Cruzio

You can join Cruzio anytime online, by phone 831.459.6301 option 2, or by visiting one of our stores in downtown Santa Cruz or Watsonville. Staff is on hand to answer your questions 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday.

Billing

You can pay your bill anytime using our online payment center. To reach the payment center, just log in to the Cruzio website, and click the Pay My Bill link in your profile.

To pay your Cruzio bill over the phone using a credit card, call 831.459.6301 option 2 between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday. Payments may also be dropped off at one of our stores in downtown Santa Cruz and Watsonville and the old-fashioned way works too—you can mail a check to 903 Pacific Ave, Ste 101 Santa Cruz, CA 95060.

Technical Support

To reach a live, local Tech call 831.459.6301 and select option 4, 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday. You can leave a message at that number after hours and a technician will return your call or you can email your Technical Support questions.

Computer Care

Cruzio offers computer diagnostic and repair services at our Santa Cruz location. To make an appointment, call 459.6301 and select option 5.

Member Services

For general questions about your Cruzio services, please call 831.459.6301 option 2 between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, or email your Member Services questions, or login and send us a private message.

Network Status

The network status page is a log of any problems affecting customers over the last month. There is also a log of nationwide dialup issues.

To report a problem, call 831.459.6301 option 3. The network is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year.
