Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to resolve networking and routing issues with equipment that serves customers in the San Jose, Portola Valley, Milpitas, and Mount Allison areas.
This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.
This is scheduled for Thursday, January 9th 2020 at 12:15PM to 2:00PM.
We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 1 minute.
