Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to swap networking equipment that serves some customers in the Westside area of Santa Cruz.

This is scheduled for Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 at 3:00PM and will last until 4:00PM. Customer downtime is expected to be no more than 5 minutes during the length of this maintenance window.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, and Dedicated Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.
