All affected customers off of our South-facing access point on top of the University Town Center building should be online again. An access point failed, and has been replaced. We aappologize for the inconvenience.

9/22/14 @10:20am – Downtown Business Broadband Access Point Issues (University Town Center South-facing Access Point)

We are currently experiencing issues with one of our Business Broadband wireless access points. Customers who are connected to our south-facing access point on top of the University Town Center building in Downtown Santa Cruz will be affected. Our network engineers are actively working to resolve the issue.
