Cruzio Internet will be conducting maintenance on Wireless Pro equipment in the Live Oak area on Tuesday, April 20th between 10:15AM to 11:15AM. There will be intermittent downtime during this maintenance window.

In addition, Engineers will be conducting maintenance on this equipment Wednesday, 4/21 from 10PM-2AM to further improve these links. There will also be intermittent downtime during this follow-up maintenance.

Cruzio engineers have resolved the issue and affected customers are now back online.

Some Wireless Pro customers in West Side Santa Cruz are experiencing intermittent connectivity. Cruzio engineers are working to resolve the issue.

Cruzio Internet will be conducting maintenance on Wireless Pro equipment in the Watsonville area on Thursday, April 15th between 10PM to 12AM. There will be intermittent downtime during this maintenance window.

Engineers have addressed the issue and service is now restored. In addition, Engineers will be conducting maintenance on this equipment next Wednesday, 4/24 from 10pm-2am to further improve these links. There will be intermittent downtime during this followup maintenance.

Cruzio engineers are aware of connectivity issues affecting some Wireless Pro customers in the midtown area of Santa Cruz and are working to resolve the issue.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in the Live Oak area on 4/12/2021 11AM-1PM. Downtime during this maintenance will be brief. Other services will not be affected by this maintenance.

Normal power has been restored to all Cruzio gear.  Connectivity restored for all customers.

All Cruzio equipment effected by this outage is now running on backup power. There will be brief downtime later today when power is restored to the building.

Cruzio Engineers are currently working to investigate the cause of an outage for Santa Cruz Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers. Updates will be posted accordingly.
