Some wireless pro and dedicated customers in the west side and circles areas of Santa Cruz are experiencing an interruption in service, and Cruzio engineers are investigating the issue. We will update this message as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers are investigating a service outage affecting some Wireless Pro and Dedicated Wireless customers in Scotts Valley. Cruzio technicians are currently rolling out to diagnose and repair the issue.
Update: This is resolved. As of 6:40 PM, our equipment has been restored and all affected customers should be back online.

Cruzio engineers have confirmed that there was a brief period of downtime due to a temporary issue on our primary path. Our network automatically swapped to our backup link. Some customers may have noticed a brief period of downtime while our traffic was re-routed.

Cruzio engineers have resolved the issue, and all affected Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Fiber connections should now be back online.

Cruzio engineers have determined that one of our main DNS servers is experiencing a denial of service attack. This may disrupt connectivity for some of our Dedicated, Wireless Pro, and Fiber customers. We will update this status message as more information becomes available.
