The networking equipment that provides customers in the Harvey West and lower Graham Hill road areas with Wireless and Certified access services has lost power due to a PG&E power outage.
There will be customer impacting downtime during this event but we expect to restore service to these customers by 10AM Tuesday 11/19, or sooner depending on PG&E restoring power.
This will not affect customers with DSL and Velocity access services.
The outage affecting customers in the Gilroy and Aptos area has been resolved.
The networking equipment that provides customers with Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise access service in the Aptos and Gilroy areas has malfunctioned. This problem is currently causing service-impacting downtime for customers in the aforementioned areas.
Cruzio engineers are en-route to Mt. Loma Prieta to deploy a replacement. Due to the drive time, we expect this to be resolved around noon today.
Cruzio engineers have resolved the issue and affected Fiber, Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise access service customers have had their service restored. If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, please power cycle your networking equipment and try again.
Downtown and west side customers with Fiber, Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise access service customers are experiencing interrupted service due to a network problem. Cruzio engineers are en-route.
This backhaul/upstream issue causing sporadic connectivity loss to customers has been resolved.
