This network maintenance is now complete, and all customer service has been restored.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a maintenance window on the networking equipment that serves the downtown Santa Cruz, Harvey West, Seabright, Live Oak, and Capitola areas.

This maintenance window is scheduled for Tuesday, July 5th, 2016, at 8:00AM to 10:00AM. We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 3 minutes between 8:00AM to 8:15AM.

This will only affect customers with Business Broadband and Dedicated Business Broadband services. Velocity and DSL customers will not be affected.

host 6 has finished rebooting and all services should be restored. Some mail may take a few minutes to queue up and be delivered. Thank you for your patience.

Due to a stuck process we are going to reboot web hosting server host6.cruzio.com. This should only effect customers with web hosting accounts on host6 and any mail sent during this time will be queued up and delivered once the server is back up. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Engineers are rebooting web hosting server host4 to fix a stuck process. Any mail sent during this downtime will be queued up and delivered once the server comes back up so no mail will be lost. This should only effect customers who have a web hosing account hosted on host4.cruzio.com. A new network status will be posted once services are restored. Thank you for your patience.

Web hosting server host2.cruzio.com is now back up and all
services are restored. Any mail sent during this down time has been
queued up and will be delivered shortly, if not already. Thank you for
your patience.

Web hosting server host2.cruzio.com was rebooted to clear
stuck processes. Services are expected to be down for approximately
10 minutes. This should only effect web hosting customers with
services on host2. Email will be queued up and delivered once the
services are restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and will

As of around 8:30pm this evening, our network engineers completed repairs on classic webhosting server www7. We appreciate your patience.

Our network engineers have identified the problem as a hardware failure. Repair and replacement has already begun. Anticipated downtime is between 3-4 hours. Content hosted on this server will be unavailable until repairs are complete. We appreciate your patience.

One of our classic webhosting servers, www7, is currently experiencing issues. Web content may not be available. Network engineers are already looking into the issue.  We appreciate your patience, and will add to this status as we receive updates.
