6/24/2016 10:40pm – host4.cruzio.com being rebooted

Engineers are rebooting web hosting server host4 to fix a stuck process. Any mail sent during this downtime will be queued up and delivered once the server comes back up so no mail will be lost. This should only effect customers who have a web hosing account hosted on host4.cruzio.com. A new network status will be posted once services are restored. Thank you for your patience.

06/23/2016 @ 11:30pm – Web Hosting Server Host2 Was Rebooted

Web hosting server host2.cruzio.com was rebooted to clear
stuck processes. Services are expected to be down for approximately
10 minutes. This should only effect web hosting customers with
services on host2. Email will be queued up and delivered once the
services are restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and will
post an update as soon as services are restored. I hope everyone has a great Friday tomorrow 🙂

5/18/2016 @ 12:01AM – scheduled network maintenance

Cruzio engineers will be performing upgrades on the core routing equipment Wednesday morning between 12:01AM and 2:00AM.  Actual customer downtime should be limited to less than 10-15 minutes, sporadically throughout the two hour maintenance window.

This will affect customers with Colocation, VPS, webhosting, Enterprise, Business Broadband, and Dedicated Business Broadband service in the Santa Cruz area.  Velocity and DSL services will not be affected.
