Cruzio network engineers have identified a problem with our upstream connection out to the internet, possibly due to a cut/break in our fiber. Customers are currently on our backup wireless connection.
If you are currently experiencing much slower than expected download speeds, it is most likely a current issue with Cruzio’s connection to the internet and not a localized problem with your own radio or equipment.
We hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.
