9/27/2021 12PM – Intermittent inbound and outbound call issues affecting some Velocity customers

Engineers are actively investigating voice issues across our Velocity phone network, intermittently affecting some inbound and outbound calls. Symptoms include Post Dial Delay (PDD), DTMF tones not being properly sent or received, and some dropped calls.  All other services are up and operational.
