Engineers are currently working to resolve an issue that is causing customers to experience slow speeds.

Engineers have replaced faulty equipment and services should now be restored.

A small number of customers may be experiencing an internet outage around the Westside area. We are in the process of trying to make repairs that will restore service to those being effected by this outage.

Cruzio engineers are working on an issue that’s impacting connectivity for some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers near downtown and midtown Santa Cruz. We will update this message as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance Tuesday, 5/30/2023 10pm-2am on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley.  Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime while our technicians complete this work.

Cruzio engineers have resolved an issue that was affecting some customers in Live Oak and Midtown. Cruzio engineers will continue to monitor the situation.

There is an equipment failure causing an outage which is affecting Wireless Pro customers in the Live Oak and Midtown areas. Cruzio engineers are working on it to get responding again.
