Engineers are aware of an issue that is causing some incoming emails for a subsection of Cruzio email customers to bounce. Engineers are rolling out a fix to mitigate the issue for affected mailboxes.

AT&T advises that they are continuing to look into a DSL service issue affecting a small number of circuits in our area. AT&T does not yet have a definitive estimated time of repair for this issue, but are working to restore connectivity to the remaining affected circuits.
