Step-by-step instructions on how to change your email settings for Cruzio’s 2018 email upgrade. Use for all email addresses ending in @cruzio.com, @baymoon.com, @rattlebrain.com, @calcentralcom, @scshop.com, @elgatito.com, @ebold.com, @skyhighway.com, @cruziolatino.com and @icogitate.com. If you own your own custom domain name, you don’t have to make changes at this time.
Step 1 – Tap “Settings”. You may need to swipe left or right to find the “Settings” button.
Step 2 – Scroll down until you see “Accounts & Passwords”. Tap on “Accounts & Passwords”.
Step 3 – Tap on the email account you want to reconfigure.
Step 4 – Tap again on the email account you want to configure to confirm.
Step 5 – Scroll down to “Incoming Mail Server”.
Step 6 – Tap on “User Name”. Enter your full email address (for example, johndoe@cruzio.com or janedoe@baymoon.com)
Step 7 – Under “Outgoing Mail Server”, tap on “SMTP”.
Step 8 – Tap on the server listed under “Primary Server”.
Step 9 – On the SMTP server screen, change the server name assigned to your email address from the table below.

Step 10 – In the “User name” field, type in your full email address. (for example, johndoe@cruzio.com or janedoe@baymoon.com)
Step 11 – In the “Password” field, type in your email password.
Step 12 – Press on “Authentication”. Press on “Password”.
Step 13 – Press on the back arrow in the top-left corner to return to the previous screen.
Step 14 – Press “Done” in the top-right corner.
Step 15 – Press on the back arrow in the top-left corner again.
Step 16 – You have successfully completed the email changes.
