…Starting a little before 2:30am this morning, Cruzio’s upstream connection for serving Wireless Pro customers at 2030 North Pacific Ave stopped working. This affects Wireless Pro customers at 2030 North Pacific in Downtown Santa Cruz only (not Velocity/DSL). Engineers are working to resolve the issue. This status will be amended as updates are received. We appreciate your patience….

…Around 2:05 we began seeing strange behavior from our equipment at the Chaminade resort. Technicians and system admin are looking into the issue now. We are sending technicians to check out the equipment onsite ASAP This will only affect wireless pro, and dedicated customers connected to the Chaminade access point. Velocity and DSL customers are unaffected. Thank you for your patience….

…Due to a Cruzio equipment failure, there is currently a section of our Wireless Pro coverage that is down. Cruzio technicians are actively working on a solution this morning. This does not affect velocity or dsl customers, only Wireless Pro customers in the east side Santa Cruz and Live Oak areas. …As of January 4th 2017 at 4:50 pm Cruzio engineers are currently looking into an issue affecting our primary and secondary fiber backhauls, and we are currently running over a wireless backup system. While on this wireless backup, Wireless Pro, Enterprise, and Colocation customers will experience impacted speeds. This will not affect Velocity, DSL, or dial up customers. We will post an updated message as more information becomes available….

…Cruzio engineers have scheduled a maintenance window for the networking equipment that feeds customers on our enterprise, broadband, colocation, coworking, domain hosting, and email networks. This window will end at 3:00AM 5/2/2018. We expect extremely short customer downtime as networking protocols converge and install routes. This network interruption will affect all Cruzio customers with exception of those using our Velocity DSL product….
