…We are currently experiencing a legacy DSL outage that is effecting a small number of our legacy DSL customers. Engineers are currently looking into the issue and we should be updating this status when we have more information or the issue is resolved. This should not effect any Velocity customers or anyone that is not on a legacy DSL connection….

11:30pm 4/18/2016 DeLa-911 Access Point Business Broadband Issues

…Cruzio technicians have identified an issue with our Business Broadband equipment at our point of presence on the DeLa-911 tower. Only Business Broadband customers that are connected to our DeLa-911 access points may experience connection issues. Velocity, DSL, and all other Business Broadband customers will be unaffected. We are actively working on a solution now. We apologize for the inconvenience….
