Who is eligible for the discounted rate?
For eligibility, someone in your household must be in enrolled in at least one of the following programs:
– CalFresh
– Lifeline
– Medi-Cal or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
– NSLP (Free or reduced School Lunch Program)
– Pell Grant
