Cruzio engineers are doing maintenance to diagnose and resolve the issue of sporadic packet loss for customers in Downtown and Ocean St. areas of Santa Cruz.  This maintenance requires bringing customers with Wireless Pro service offline as the networking equipment that serves them is worked on.

This maintenance should last about an hour as of 2:15PM.
