Cruzio Field Technicians and Support Staff will be monitoring and maintaining the networking equipment that provides internet services 24/7 during the expected PG&E rolling power outages.

We are standing by to refresh our backup power facilities to the extent possible. However, there may be some customer downtime during extended power events.

As long as we have power, Cruzio customers impacted by the outages can come by Cruzio’s Main Office at 877 Cedar st, Santa Cruz, during open hours to use the internet.

As always, we will update this network status message with new information as we receive it.
