11/18/2019 10:40AM – service outage affecting Gilroy and Aptos

The networking equipment that provides customers with Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise access service in the Aptos and Gilroy areas has malfunctioned.  This problem is currently causing service-impacting downtime for customers in the aforementioned areas.

Cruzio engineers are en-route to Mt. Loma Prieta to deploy a replacement.  Due to the drive time, we expect this to be resolved around noon today.
