On November 1st, one of our email servers crashed and users of the following types of email addresses were unable to send and receive mail: @baymoon.com, @calcentral.com, @cruziolatino.com, @ebold.com, @elgatito.com, @icogitate.com,@rattlebrain.com, @scshop.com and @skyhighway.com
On November 2nd, our engineers were able to restore the server and all of the mailboxes that were inaccessible then are now up and running and all can send and receive new email.
However, any pre-existing email still needs to be restored from backups and it could take a few days to finish restoring every folder on every mailbox. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this. We’ll have all your saved mail back with you as soon as we possibly can — it’s our number one priority.
Unfortunately, the passwords to mailboxes on skyhighway.com and rattlebrain.com could not be recovered and if you have one of these email addresses your password will need to be reset.
If you able to log in to the primary cruzio.com mailbox, the skyhighway.com and rattlebrain.com password can be reset by going to your mail tools here: http://members.cruzio.com/newadmin/ and logging in as the cruzio.com user.
If you are unable to access the primary cruzio.com mailbox please call us at 831.459.6301 and we will give you a temporary password which will allow you to log directly and change the password.
Thank you again for your patience and apologies for this inconvenience.
