Cruzio network engineers have identified a problem with our upstream connection out to the internet for specific locations. This is due to a connectivity issue with our upstream provider for these locations.
If you are currently experiencing loss of connectivity, it is most likely a current issue with Cruzio’s connection to the internet and not a localized problem with your own radio or equipment.
We hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.
Customers that are affected:
– Enterprise & Business Broadband customers in the San Jose, Watsonville, and some Scotts Valley (El Pueblo Rd. & Weston Rd.) areas.
