Cruzio Engineers will be working on upstream infrastructure equipment providing Wireless Pro service to some East Side Santa Cruz customers on Monday, 7/14 10pm-2am. There may be a few brief interruptions during this time. Cruzio technicians will keep downtime as minimal as possible.

A large power outage in downtown Santa Cruz may be effecting customers outside of the power outage area. Crews are working to get some services back up until power is restored.

Engineers have replaced some faulty gear that was the cause of the issue. We can see customers connecting again and the new equipment has been holding steady this time. Please contact technical support if you do continue to have issues.
