PG&E is performing PSPS protocols to reduce wild fires. This is disrupting power in many areas. While most customer are themselves without power, it could also be effecting parts of our network that is not within any of the power outage zones. Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on upstream equipment serving Wireless Pro customers in the Santa Cruz and Capitola areas on Tuesday 11/5/24 10:00PM-2:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process, and technicians will keep downtime minimal during this work.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on upstream equipment serving some wireless customers in the Harbor Village, 3 Captains, and Clipper Ridge areas on Monday 11/4/2024 10:00PM-12:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process. Technicians will keep downtime as minimal as possible.

There is a service outage affecting customers on the Purisima Creek area. We are currently working on restoring the service.
