After a wide scale power outage crews were deployed to get generators running on many sites to restore services. In some cases after power was restored we found equipment damaged from the outage. Crews have been replacing failed gear in various locations. At this point all services should now be up and operational. If you are still experiencing any issues, please contact support.

Cruzio engineers have identified an outage caused by power issues due to high winds. We are currently investigating and will update this as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on upstream equipment serving some customers in Santa Cruz and Watsonville on Tuesday 10/15/2024 10:00PM-2:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process. Technicians will keep downtime as minimal as possible. We will also be emailing affected customers. All other systems are up and operational.
