Customers in the area of Scotts Valley might be experiencing an outage with their wireless service due to weather. Cruzio technicians are hard work trying to restore service to this area.

Cruzio Engineers advise that service for our Wireless Pro customers in Jardines will be down with an estimated recovery of Monday December 16th. Due to unsafe weather conditions our engineers cannot fully complete the repairs necessary until the weather improves. Our apologies for this lengthy service interruption.

The previous window of scheduled maintenance has been postponed one day,  and Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance at Jardines between 9AM and 6PM on Friday the 13th of December.  There may be brief  interruptions in service during this period.

Wireless Outage affecting  services in Tunitas, Lobitos, Purissima Creek and surrounding Areas. Technicians are currently investigating the root cause of the outage.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance at Jardines between 9AM and 6PM on Thursday the 12th of December. There may be interruptions in service during this period.
