We are currently working to resolve issues with services on web hosting server host8.cruzio.com. This is effecting some websites and services for customers with web sites on this server. Updates will be provided as we get them.  Any mail sent to customers on this server will be queued up and delivered.

Cruzio engineers are investigating a power outage affecting upstream equipment serving some customers in the Half Moon Bay area, and are assessing the situation. The current estimated time of restoration is 8:30PM on Monday, 6/3/2024. We will continue to update this network status with more information as it becomes available.

Some customers in the Butano area may be experiencing a loss of services. Engineers are currently working to resolve the issue and will post updates as we get them.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on upstream equipment serving some customers in Santa Cruz on Tuesday 6/4/2024 10:00PM-2:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process. Technicians will keep downtime as minimal as possible.

Cruzio engineers have identified an issue affecting upstream equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Santa Cruz, and are working to resolve the problem. Affected customers will experience slower speeds and intermittent connectivity. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers have identified an issue on the El Granada portion of our network that will require maintenance to be done the evening of Thursday 5/30 between 10pm and 12am. Users in the El Granada area may experience minor intermittency during this window.

Cruzio engineers will be performing planned maintenance on equipment hosting websites and domains for former Coastside customers on 5/28/2024 9PM-5AM and 5/30/2024 9PM-5AM. Hosted Email customers may experience intermittent service interruptions during these maintenance periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

UPDATE As of 11:15pm on 5/27/24 Coastside web/domain hosting database updates are complete. Please reach out to Cruzio if you are experiencing database issues, but testing shows that update worked as planned.
