11/15/15 @ ~ 11:05am – Power Outage in Scotts Valley

This is a courtesy notice to a small group of our customers: As of about 11:05am this morning, there is a power outage in a rural area of Scotts Valley, affecting some customers’ internet connections. Our network gear in the area is currently on backup power and customers who also have backup power should still be online. As noted on PG&E’s website, they have been dispatched to the area to asses the cause.

11/15/15 @ 8:30am – Limited Internet Service Outage in San Jose Area

We are currently experience a network outage in the San Jose area, possibly caused by this morning’s weather system. Network technicians are currently looking into the issue. This only affects wireless internet subscribers in the Old Oakland Road area of San Jose. We appreciate your patience, and will add to this status as we receive updates.

2015-11-09 9:30AM – intense storm cell causing sporadic wireless outages

Due to the current intense storm cell passing over Santa Cruz, some wireless links may experience sporadic loss of connectivity.  PG&E power outages may be causing customer-side power loss as well, affecting radio equipment on customer premises and causing loss of connectivity.

Cruzio technicians are monitoring the network and will respond to any extended outages as soon as possible.
