Business Broadband service has been restored to affected customers in Westside, Santa Cruz.  Affected Watsonville customers should be restored shortly.

Some Business Broadband customers in Westside Santa Cruz, Weston Scotts Valley, and Watsonville are being affected by an outage affecting certain models of the networking equipment that feeds them internet.

We have Field Operations crews on site replacing / restoring gear.
