Cruzio engineers are investigating an outage affecting upstream equipment serving some customers in the Woodside and Bear Gulch areas, and are currently assessing the situation. We will continue to update this network status with more information as it becomes available.

Power has been restored along with all services.

We are experiencing a power outage in some parts of Half Moon Bay effecting some customers including Martin’s Beach, Bear Gulch, and some other parts. Technicians are currently investigating and updates will be provided if we have any prior to restoration.

Cruzio engineers have been alerted to an issue interrupting services for some wireless customers in Palo Alto. We are currently investigating the issue, and will update this network status as more information becomes available.

All services should be restored. If you are still experiencing a loss of service, please contract technical support.

Crews are currently en route to investigate an outage effecting some customers in the Butano area.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance Wednesday 6/26/2024 9AM to 6PM, on infrastructure that serves Wireless Pro customers in 55 Arista.  Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime while our technicians complete this work.

Cruzio engineers are have identified a fiber cut causing the issue. At the moment we do not have an ETA for our service to be restored. We will update as we get more information on the issue.
