Cruzio engineers will be conducting network-impacting maintenance tonight starting at 11:45PM, lasting until tomorrow morning no later than 5AM, though the actual customer impact should not be more than 3-4 minutes during the maintenance window.
This work will not affect any Velocity DSL connections.

Monday evening 7/29/24 between 8pm and 10pm, Cruzio engineering will be replacing some interfaces in our border router. This will cause brief downtime as networking protocols reconvert to send and receive traffic out of our alternative gateway. Downtime should be brief within this window.
While the power company had managed to make repairs restoring services, another unexpected outage has occurred that is once again effecting customers in the Martin’s Beach area. Work is being done to try to restore service to impacted customers.
