Cruzio engineers have become aware of a utility power outage affecting a major network nodes This will result in downtime for customers in the Granite Creek Scotts Rd. Scotts Valley area. Field engineers are en route to provide back up power to affected sites.

Cruzio engineers will be performing planned maintenance on upstream equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Weston Rd. Scotts Valley Area 04/02/24 between 10PM and 2AM. There should only be brief interruptions during this window.

Cruzio engineers have noted that heavy rain is affecting the connection serving the Tannery. Customers at the Tannery will experience degraded connection performance while heavy rain persists.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance Thursday 3/21/2024 2PM to 6PM on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Scotts Valley.  Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime while our technicians complete this work.

Engineers are making updates to the site while switching to utility power so as to reduce downtime in future power outages. This may result in some additional downtime while the updates are being made. Estimated downtime for repair work is about 1 hour.
