UPDATE: As of 11:10pm on 3/11/24 host13 database updates are complete. Please reach out to Cruzio if you are experiencing database issues, but testing shows that update worked as planned.
Cruzio engineers will be performing planned maintenance on equipment serving Web Hosting customers on Host13 on 3/11/2024 11PM-2AM. There will be up to 15 minutes of downtime for websites using databases during this work, but please let us know if you have any problems with your website content after maintenance.

Cruzio techs have been working trying to resolve this network outage. Unfortunately the techs do not have access to the gear that is causing the outage and are unable to resolve it at this time. We do thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to fix this.

Cruzio engineers have been keeping services up overnight using generators while the fire department determines conditions safe enough to restore power. However the generators have run out of fuel before they were able to restore power. Crews are now working to refuel generators and restore power again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
