Cruzio engineers have noted a power outage in the Montara area, affecting hardware serving Martin’s Beach customers.  We will update this status message as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be performing planned maintenance on equipment serving Web Hosting customers on Host11 and Host12 on 3/4/2024 11PM-2AM. There will be up to 15 minutes amount of downtime for websites using databases during this work, but please let us know if you have any problems with your website content after maintenance.

Cruzio techs have been working trying to resolve this network outage. Unfortunately the techs do not have access to the gear that is causing the outage and are unable to resolve it at this time. We do thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to fix this.

Cruzio Techs were made aware of an outage for some wired customers at this building. Cruzio techs are on there way to resolve the issue.

Equipment is now back on utility power and all services should be restored. If you are still having any issues, please contact Technical Support.

Cruzio engineers have been keeping services up overnight using generators while the fire department determines conditions safe enough to restore power. However the generators have run out of fuel before they were able to restore power. Crews are now working to refuel generators and restore power again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

PG&E power has been restored at Buena Vista and Tierra Alta in Watsonville.

PG&E has moved their estimated time of power restoration to 6PM.
