Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue affecting customers in the area south of Half Moon Bay. We will update this message as additional information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be performing planned maintenance on upstream equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers Santa Cruz, 12/12/23 10PM-2AM. Affected customers will receive email notification. You may experience brief periods of downtime as our technicians complete this work.

Services were effected by a power outage but have now been restored. If you are still experiencing any issues, please contact Technical Support.
