Due to the extreme weather and power outages around the county we are facing many network outages in various areas. Currently we PG&E is experiencing major outages in the Santa Cruz city general area and the Scotts Valley area. Crews are working to deploy generators to restore power we well as mitigate issues. However due to the scale of the weather impact the areas are constantly changing. We will try to provide more updates as they come.

Power issues in downtown Santa Cruz is impacting network in the Santa Cruz area. Engineers are currently en route to make repairs and restore services. Updates will be provided as they come.

Customers in the areas of Skyline and El Granada may be experiencing loss of service. Engineers are currently investigating and updates will be provided as more information comes in.

Cruzio engineers have resolved an issue causing an outage for some users in Scotts Valley. Service should now be functioning normally.

Maintenance on Host13 is now complete. Hosting and hosted email services should be working normally.

Cruzio engineers have identified an issue with our Host13 server and will be working to resolve the issue. Cruzio Web Hosting customers with services on Host13 may experience website and email downtime during this process. We will update this network status when work is complete.
