Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue causing degraded performance for some users in the Scotts Valley area. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.
1/9/2024 10:00pm-2:00am – Wireless maintenance in the Soquel, Watsonville, and Gilroy area
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on hardware that serves some customers in the Soquel, Watsonville, and Gilroy area between 10pm and 2am on 1/9. We anticipate brief periods of downtime during this window.

Storms have caused damage that may be affecting some customers in the Montara Mountain and Martins Beach area. Current ETA for restoration is approximately 1pm, but updates will be provided if that changes.

We are experiencing an outage in the Live Oak area for our Wireless customers. This is due to a power outage, PG&E is working on it and we expect that once power is back up that the service will come up alongside it. PG&E’s Estimated time of recovery is 01:00 AM. This only affects some customers near lower 17th ave.
12/29/2023 – 4:00pm – Storm Cells affecting some Wireless customers in Santa Cruz County
Cruzio engineers advise some Wireless Customers in Santa Cruz County may be affected by various heavy storm cells as they move across the area. These storm cells may cause brief interruptions as they pass, but services should be restored to normal as the weather clears. Technicians will continue to monitor the situation, and address any additional issues as they arise.
