Cruzio engineers have confirmed an upstream outage affecting some Wireless customers in Montara Mountain and Martin’s Beach areas has been resolved, and all Wireless customers should be back online and operating as normal. Cruzio engineers have discovered an outage currently affecting some wireless customers in the Montara Mountain and Martin’s Beach areas. The current estimated time of restoration is 9:00pm tonight. We will continue to update this status with additional information as it becomes available.

Cruzio engineers have repaired damage caused by the storm and all services should now be back up and operational again.

Storms in the Watsonville area may be impacting internet service for some customers in the Watsonville area. Engineers are currently investigating.

A power related issue is affecting customers in the Half Moon Bay area.  Cruzio engineers are investigating and will work to restore service as soon possible.

Engineers are currently working on an issue that may affect some customers in the downtown Half Moon Bay area.
