Cruzio engineers have been notified of an issue affecting some Wireless Pro Customers in the Westside Santa Cruz area, and are currently investigating further. We will continue to update this network status with more information as it becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be performing emergency maintenance on upstream equipment serving some customers in downtown Santa Cruz on Friday 8/25/23 10pm-2am. Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime as our technicians complete repairs.

Power has been restored and all services should be back up and running.

While we have been able to restore services by using generators, additional power outages have again effected more of the Watsonville area. Crews are investigating to restore services.

PG&E is currently experiencing power outages scattered throughout the Watsonville area. This may result in some customers in areas with power experiencing internet issues caused by those power outages. The current ETA we have been given is 10:15am, though these are usually very conservative estimates and often restore well before.
