PG&E has restored electrical service to affected areas. This issue is resolved.

Cruzio engineers are investigating an outage stemming from a large PG&E power outage in the greater Half Moon Bay area. We will update this message as further information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance Wednesday, 10/11/23 from 10pm to 2am on upstream equipment serving some customers in Midtown and Westside areas. Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime while our technicians complete repairs.

Update: Power has been restored to upstream equipment and all service should be up and operational.

Cruzio engineers have been notified of a power outage affecting some wireless customers in the San Gregorio area, and are currently assessing the situation. We will continue to update this network status with more information as it becomes available.

We are currently experiencing an outage in this areas and technicians are working to resolve the issue. No current ETA, but we will post updates as we get them.

Cruzio engineers have restored connectivity for affected customers in Harvey West and Westside Santa Cruz areas. Cruzio technicians will continue to monitor.
