Cruzio engineers have determined that additional work is required to resolve an issue causing unstable service for users in Scotts Valley. We will continue to work on the problem, and will update this status page when more info is available.

Some customers are currently experiencing a problem sending email from cruzio.com addresses. Cruzio engineers are aware of this issue, and are working towards a resolution as quickly as possible. We will continue to update this network status with more information as it becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on hardware that serves some customers in the Soquel, Watsonville, and Gilroy area between 10pm and 2am on 1/9. We anticipate brief periods of downtime during this window.

Power has been restored and services should be back up and running again.

Storms have caused damage that may be affecting some customers in the Montara Mountain and Martins Beach area. Current ETA for restoration is approximately 1pm, but updates will be provided if that changes.

We are experiencing an outage in the Live Oak area for our Wireless customers.   This is due to a power outage, PG&E is working on it and we expect that once power is back up that the service will come up alongside it.  PG&E’s Estimated time of recovery is 01:00 AM. This only affects some customers near lower 17th ave.
