Cruzio engineers are investigating a lingering issue affecting some customers in the Bear Gulch and Russian Ridge areas. Current ETR is Monday 7/24 by 5pm. Cruzio engineers will be conducting unplanned maintenance Friday, 7/21/23 10am-5pm on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro customers in the Watsonville Area. Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime while our technicians complete repairs.
07/21/23 09:00AM – Update on Woodside/Portola Valley service interuption
Cruzio engineers are working with site ownership to restore power to our equipment. The primary feed was cut yesterday midday and our equipment ran for 16+ hours on battery backup. We continue to work to get the affected site back online, however no Estimated Time or Repair is available at this time.
