Power has been restored to the Bear Gulch site, and customers should be back online.

As of Monday 2/12/2024 at 4:18PM, Cruzio engineers have resolved an issue affecting customers at the Tannery Arts Center.

We are currently experiencing a network outage effecting the Santa Cruz Tannery and nearby areas. Crews are being dispatched to investigate the issue.

Cruzio engineers will be performing planned maintenance on upstream equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Downtown Santa Cruz on 2/13/24 2PM-6PM. There should only be brief interruptions during this window.

Cruzio engineers have verified a short power outage briefly affecting some customers in the Butano Canyon area, and have confirmed this outage is now resolved. All previously affected customers in the Butano area should be back online.

Cruzio engineers are still unable to reach our Bear Gulch site due to road closures. There is currently no ETA on when the roads will be open again, or when main line power will be restored. We will continue to update this network status as new information becomes available.
