Cruzio engineers are continuing to work on an issue that’s causing intermittent packet loss for some customers in the Westside area and High Rd. We will continue to update this message as more information becomes available.

Some Wireless Pro customers located in and around Westside Santa Cruz and High Rd are currently experiencing elevated packet loss. Cruzio engineers are investigating the issue.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting urgent maintenance on equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers located around Westside Santa Cruz beginning tonight, 5/4 between 10:00PM to 2:00AM. Down may be possible during this maintenance but will be kept brief if it does occur.

There is an equipment failure causing an outage at Granite Creek Business Center which is affecting Wireless Pro customers in Scotts Valley at Granite Creek area. Cruzio engineers will be responding in the morning, with an ETR of 10am.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance affecting some Wireless Pro customers in downtown Santa Cruz on 4/26/2023 between 10:00PM-2:00AM. Intermittent downtime may occur within this window.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on upstream equipment serving wireless customers in Half Moon Bay on April 20th, 11PM – 1AM. There may be brief periods of downtime as technicians complete their work.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro, Dedicated and Enterprise customers hosted off equipment located at the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz. Downtime is not anticipated for these customers.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving customers in Piedmont Court on Wednesday, 4/12/2023 between 9AM-1PM. There will be intermittent downtime during this maintenance. No other services will be affected by this work.

Upstream engineers have repaired the fiber line and affected customers are back online at full speeds.
