5/18/2023 2:25PM – 3:04PM Routing issue effected some Cruzio customers – RESOLVED
There was a recent routing issue that caused an outage for some Cruzio customers. Cruzio engineers made repairs and all services should be up and operational.
5/18/2023 9:00AM-6:00PM and 5/19/2023 9:00AM-6:00PM – Maintenance affecting some Wireless Pro customers in Scotts Valley
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on upstream equipment serving Wireless Pro customers in Scotts Valley on Thursday, 5/18/23 and Friday, 5/19/23 from 9AM to 6PM. There may be brief periods of downtime during this process, and Cruzio technicians will keep interruptions as minimal as possible. We appreciate your patience.

Cruzio engineers are performing emergency repairs on infrastructure that serves tenants at 708 Frederick, as well as some customers in the midtown area. We will update this message as additional information becomes available.
5/16/2023 6:30AM – Maintenance affecting customers at and downstream from the Piedmont Ct building
Piedmont Ct will be conducting electrical maintenance at their building on May 16th beginning at 6:30AM. Cruzio engineers will be transitioning networking equipment over to backup power during this electrical work, and users at the Piedmont building and downstream from the building will encounter a brief service outage as this occurs. There will be a final blip later in the day as this equipment is brought back over to main electrical power once the maintenance is complete.

Cruzio engineers are conducting maintenance on upstream equipment, which may affect some Wireless customers in El Granada. Intermittent downtime may occur as our engineers complete their work, and services will be restored shortly.

Some Wireless Pro customers located in and around Westside Santa Cruz and High Rd are currently experiencing elevated packet loss. Cruzio engineers are investigating the issue.
