We have become aware of a large power outage affecting Cruzio services in downtown & East Watsonville along Hwy. 152. PG&E has yet to provide an estimated time of recovery, but we will update as new information becomes available.

Our outage response team has confirmed restoration of Wireless pro service in affected areas, and all customers are back online.

We have become aware of a hardware failure affecting Wireless Pro service in the Southwest area of Watsonville. Cruzio engineers have been dispatched and are en route to assess & repair our broadcast equipment.

This morning we saw another large-scale power event hit large portions of the westside & downtown. We are continuing to monitor the situation & dispatch technicians accordingly on a highest-priority basis.
Subscribers in the above areas may experience instability or downtime as we work to resolve these issues.

PG&E has updated their outage map to reflect full scope of affected areas, and has provided an Estimated Time of Recovery of approximately 6:15 AM.
Cruzio network engineers have assessed the impact to broadband access services as primarily affecting subscribers in the downtown & westside areas. Subscribers in these areas may experience extended outages after utility power restoration due to a failed piece of equipment we cannot access at this time. We’ll be coordinating access with the affected network site during business hours.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance affecting some Wireless Pro customers on Harkle Road beginning at 4PM today and concluding at 6PM. Overall downtime during this maintenance window will be minimal.
12/6/2022 10:00PM – 2:00AM – Emergency maintenance affecting customers in the Weston Road area of Scotts Valley
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure equipment that serves Wireless Pro customers in the Weston Road area of Scotts Valley starting at 10:00PM and ending at 2:00AM. Total downtime during this window will be brief.
