Cruzio Internet will be conducting service maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro customers in the Weston Road area of northern Scotts Valley. Downtime will be intermittent throughout the 9AM-6PM window.

Host 10 Hardware Failure 8/6/21 @ 11:15pm
Our host10 hardware server had a hardware failure at 11:15pm on Friday 8/6/21. Hardware was replaced and service was restored by Saturday 8/7/21 at 12:45am.

A faulty power supply was replaced and all services should now be restored.

We are experiencing a network outage in the Westside area that is effecting some customers. Engineers are currently investigating but will not have an ETA until they are out on site. Updates will be posted if the problem is not resolved first.
