On March 23rd, starting at 2am, Our upstream provider will be performing maintenance on equipment serving the edge of the DSL network. Customers may experience moments of routing instability, however, no connectivity interruption is expected. This maintenance window is 2 hours.
Our upstream provider has reported they have resolved the mail issues now. If you are still having any issues checking mail, using webmail, or getting mail, please contact Cruzio Technical Support.
Some customers may be experiencing problems logging into email. Our upstream provider is currently working on restoring services. This does not effect mail for any customers on web hosting services. We will be providing updates as we get more information.

Cruzio engineers are aware of an issue affecting stability for some Wireless Pro links around Westside Santa Cruz and downtown, and will be briefly taking these affected links offline to implement a fix. We will update this network status message as more updates are available.
Due to a large-scale PG&E outage downtown, some Wireless Pro customers as well as customers located at 2030 North Pacific are offline. Cruzio engineers will implement backup power solutions at 2030 North Pacific if PG&E service is still off by the morning.
