…AT&T reports that the issue affecting DSL circuits has been resolved, but Cruzio engineers are tracking a few DSL circuits that appear to still be affected and are investigating further. If you are a DSL customer that is still offline, please call Cruzio customer service….
…Our upstream provider is investigating a connectivity issue affecting a handful of our legacy DSL customers. We do not have an ETA for resolution at this time, but we will update this network status message as more information becomes available. This issue is not affecting our Velocity, Wireless Pro, Certified or Enterprise customers….
…Beginning at 11:59PM tonight our upstream partner will be conducting maintenance on copper infrastructure that provides service to some DSL and Velocity customers. Downtime is not expected, but will be brief if it occurs. This maintenance is scheduled to complete at 4AM, and will not affect other services….
…Our upstream vendor, Sonic, is finalizing a fix with AT&T for a connectivity problem that is affecting a handful of our legacy DSL customers in the Felton area. This resolution has been rolled out to a test circuit successfully, and we anticipate that it will be ready for the other affected circuits soon. This issue is not affecting our Velocity, Wireless Pro, Certified or Enterprise customers….
…Our upstream vendor, Sonic, is continuing to investigate a connectivity issue with AT&T that is affecting a handful of our legacy DSL customers in the Felton area. Sonic and AT&T report that they are nearing a resolution for this issue, and we have an estimated time to repair of 1 to 2 business days. This issue is not affecting our Velocity, Wireless Pro, Certified or Enterprise customers….
…Cruzio’s upstream providers have scheduled a maintenance window for Tuesday, February 12th, 2019 at 11:59PM to upgrade networking equipment that serves our Legacy DSL customers. This will not affect Fiber, Velocity, or Wireless Pro services. We don’t expect any downtime during this maintenance window….
