…There is currently a PG&E outage that is affecting Cruzio’s networking equipment that provides Wireless and Dedicated broadband access to customers in the Capitola / 41st Avenue areas. All customers that are negatively impacted by this networking equipment not having power are currently similarly affected by PG&E’s power outage. PG&E has estimated a repair time of 12:30 PM today, 8/15….

…The cutover to a primary power source at one of our distribution points in the Live Oak area was completed successfully. All affected Wireless Pro customers should be back online….

…Engineers are cutting our equipment back over to a primary power source after the power outage that occurred late last night/early this morning. Affected customers will have no connectivity for about 5 minutes while the cut-over takes place. This only affects some Wireless Pro customers in the Live Oak area. …We are performing emergency maintenance at the mountaintop site that serves customers with Dedicated and Enterprise Wireless access in Aptos and Gilroy. This maintenance window will be for half an hour, but we expect actual customer downtime to be less than 5 minutes….

…There is an outage at our POP in Weston that feeds wireless customers on the West side of Weston. We are investigating to determine if this is a power outage or a device has failed. PG&E is not showing any reports of power failures at the moment….

…There has been a power failure at the site that feeds wireless internet to some of downtown Santa Cruz. Customers fed off of that building will be affected, as will customers fed from the Chaminade Resort and Dream Inn which bridge off of this building. Our techs are currently trying to replace the battery at the site, however PG&E has scheduled the outage to be resolved by 11AM at the latest….

…A large storm cell is now moving over the Watsonville area which is causing an outage for some wireless customers in the Watsonville area. Any services that are down should come back up once the storm cell finishes passing through the Watsonville area….
