Letter Of Intent

  • Regarding CPUC resolu1on T-17674 (Equal Access Santa Cruz) and Soquel Gardens Home Park.



  • I, being the owner or owner's representative of the premises located at:
  • hereby give notice of my intent to accept subsidized telecommunications infrastructure per California Public Utilities Commission grant award T-17674 and grant permission to Cruzio and its agents, to enter the Property to install, maintain and repair telecommunications facilities funded by California Public Utilities Commission, to be used by Cruzio to provide communication services to tenants of the Property.

    Cruzio may disturb the ground to the extent reasonably necessary to construct, repair, and maintain the facilities. The facilities will terminate in the telecommunications room or other such facility inside the Property as designated by the Owner.

    Prior to the commencement of installation Cruzio shall prepare and deliver to Owner plans and specifications of the work. Construction as shown on the Plans shall be performed in a manner consistent with generally accepted construction standards. Except in an emergency, Cruzio will advise the Owner at least 48 hours in advance of any intended construction, repair or maintenance activities, to perform such activities within the hours of 8am and 6pm and, where possible and practical, to accommodate the Owner’s requests for rescheduling of such activities.

    Consent to access will continue for as long as Cruzio Internet provides communications services to the Property.
