Engineers are investigating a problem that’s preventing some Cruzio email customers from sending or receiving. Inbound emails will be queued up for delivery once the issue is resolved.

Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue disrupting connectivity for some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in the DeLaveaga, downtown Santa Cruz and 41st Ave areas. We will update this post as more information becomes available.
This maintenance was completed earlier today, and all affected circuits should now be back online. If you are still having connectivity issues, please powercycle your modem, and contact Cruzio support if you’re still offline.
