This is scheduled for Thursday, January 30th, 2020 at 1:05 PM and will last until 1:59 PM. Customer downtime is expected to be no more than 3 minutes during the length of this maintenance window.

This will affect customers with Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services.  This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting maintenance window to upgrade networking equipment that serves customers in the Watsonville area of Santa Cruz county.

This is scheduled for Wednesday, January 29th, 2020 at 10:20 PM and will last until 11:59 PM. Customer downtime is expected to be no more than 5 minutes during the length of this maintenance window.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, and Dedicated Broadband access services.  This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to swap networking equipment that serves some customers in the downtown, Ocean St., Harvey West, and Seabright areas of Santa Cruz.

This is scheduled for Wednesday, January 29th, 2020 at 12:00PM and will last until 1:00PM. Customer downtime is expected to be no more than 3 minutes during the length of this maintenance window.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, and Dedicated Broadband access services.  This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

This is scheduled for Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 at 3:00PM and will last until 4:00PM. Customer downtime is expected to be no more than 5 minutes during the length of this maintenance window.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, and Dedicated Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

This is scheduled for Monday, January 27th, 2020 at 11:00PM and will last until 1:00AM on Tuesday, January 28th, 2020. Customer downtime is expected during the length of this maintenance window.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, and Dedicated Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

This maintenance is now complete.  All customer access services have been restored in the affected areas as of 7:45 PM.
