Cruzio engineers have scheduled an service-impacting emergency maintenance window to resolve networking and routing issues with equipment that serves customers in the Scotts Valley, San Jose, Portola Valley, and Mount Umunhum areas.
This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.
This is maintenance window is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7th 2020 at 2:10PM to 4:00PM.
We expect actual customer connectivity downtime to be less than 5 minutes during the above time frame.
The connectivity issue affecting a handful of our legacy DSL customers has been resolved.

Cruzio engineers have restored services on web hosting server host10.cruzio.com. Any email sent to customers on this server was queued up and is now being delivered.
Cruzio engineers are currently investigating an outage on web hosting server host10.cruzio.com. This should only effect customers with web hosting services on host10. Any email sent to customers on this server will be queued up and delivered once host10 service is restored.
PG&E has restored electrical service to this area and all affected customers should now be back online. If you are still encountering issues getting online, please try power cycling your equipment.
Due to a PG&E outage affecting the westside and circles neighborhood, the networking equipment that serves customers with Wireless, Dedicated, and Certified Broadband access in these areas is currently offline. PG&E has a repair ETA of 3:15AM. Cruzio engineers will deploy battery backup equipment if this ETA extends to later in the morning.
Due to the PG&E related power outage, the networking equipment that serves customers with Wireless, Dedicated, and Certified Broadband access in Westside is currently offline. Cruzio technicians are in route to provide backup power to the affected equipment.
