Cruzio engineers have confirmed that there was a brief period of downtime due to a temporary issue on our primary path. Our network automatically swapped to our backup link. Some customers may have noticed a brief period of downtime while our traffic was re-routed.
Cruzio engineers have resolved the issue, and all affected Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Fiber connections should now be back online.

As of around 6pm this evening 3/19/20, we began experiencing issues at one of our network sites. All wireless pro connections served from there are currently offline. Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue and restore connectivity as quickly as possible. We will amend this status as we receive updates from our engineering team.
